George Townsend, Music Minister George Townsend is a retired choral director who served the Arkansas public schools for thirty-four years. He received a Bachelor of Music Education degree as well as a Master of Music degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He has served as Minister of Music on a part time or interim basis for churches in Forrest City, Marianna, and Russellville, and has served at First Baptist Dover for eight years. He and his wife, Mary Frances have two children and six grandchildren. |
